Location. Sterling Resorts Sterling Beach is located in Panama City Beach, Fla., overlooking a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The Indy Speedway and Fun Land Arcade are two miles from the resort. Signals Hills Golf Course and ZooWorld are less than three miles away.
Features. The Sterling Beach resort features over 300 feet of beach and a 4,000 square foot, free form seasonally heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The property also offers a gulf front fitness center and spa tub. A 48 seat private theater, meeting room, business services and complimentary high speed Internet access are available. Resort amenities include concierge services, unlimited complimentary DVD rentals, seasonal children's activities and a barbecue grill area. Parking at the resort is complimentary. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms. Condominiums at Sterling Beach offer private balconies with gulf views. All units feature fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, and cable television with DVD players. Complimentary high speed Internet access is provided. The condos offer two or three bathrooms, jetted tubs in the master bathrooms, and washers and dryers.
Expert Tip. Sterling Resorts Sterling Beach offers complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas in season.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
